Why beginner = less money?? What about people who have a bit of cash to spare, are new to guitars and genuinely want to know what are their options for a good guitar? I was in this category when I started and it was kinda frustrating. Got a Fender MIM.

I don’t know why you keep checking intonation. All of these guitars have bridges or saddles that allow you to adjust the intonation as well as set the action. It’s not like an acoustic where you have to file down or replace the saddle to get what you want. What you seemed to have glossed over was what pickups each guitar has, other than just calling them as singles or humbuckers which is pretty obvious.
These are all good quality instruments. They are probably a step up from what most new players would be ready to commit to, but a decent step up in playability and tone from the really cheap ones out there.

Just buy a gretsch and be done.
